Post-delivery/To reduce back pain and to reduce Vata (Air) dosha

1. Fenugreek (Methi) Seed Powder- 1 tablespoon
2. Dry Ginger Powder- ¼ teaspoon
3. Jaggery (Gur)/ (An unrefined Sugar)- 1 tablespoon
4. Clarified Butter (Ghee)- ¼ teaspoon
5. Mix all the ingredients together, and in the morning take 1 teaspoon of the mixture with warm water.
