Fever with loose motions Remedy

1. Peel the pomegranate skin from 1 pomegranate.
2. Two cups of water
3. Fresh Ginger- ½ teaspoon
4. Raw Sugar (Damara)- 1 teaspoon
5. Mix the ingredients, and boil it until there is ¼ cup of the mixture remaining. Drink the remaining mixture, 2-3 times a day.

Flatulence/Gas Problem Remedy

1. Coriander Powder- 100 grams
2. Cumin Powder- 50 grams
3. Dry Ginger Powder- 50 grams
4. Cinnamon Powder- 50 grams
5. Ajwain Powder (Carom Powder)- 50 grams
6. Asafoefida (Hing)- 10 grams
7. Garlic Powder- 25 grams
8. Mix the ingredients, and store it tightly in a sealed jar. Use one teaspoon of the mixture in any food preparation.

1. Place a hot water bottle on the stomach to relieve stomach pain or constipation.

1. Boil 5 glasses of water with ½ teaspoon ginger powder and 1 teaspoon coriander powder.
2. Drink this mixture whenever you feel hungry, for the first three days. Do not eat any food.
3. For the following three days, take a mung (legumes/ Indian dahl) soup. Do not eat any other food.
4. For the following nine days, eat mung (legumes/Indian dahl) soup- as 30% of your diet. The other 70% of your diet should consist of vegetables such as: gourd (gheea), parvil, zucchini, and spinach.
5. For the following ten days, you can add 10% grains and 20% protein to your diet. This could include adding other legumes to your diet.

1. Fennel Seeds- 100 grams
2. Ajwain Seeds- 25 grams
3. Coriander dhal- 10 grams
Mix all the ingredients and sprinkle salted water and roast it in a pan over medium-heat, then grind it and take one teaspoon after eating to freshen the breath.

Stuffy Nose Remedy

1. Roast 1 Tablespoon Ajwain Seeds (Carom Seeds) in a pan for 5 minutes on medium-heat.
2. Continue to smell the vapors from the seeds while they are roasting.
3. For young children- Grind the roasted seeds and then place them in a muslin cloth. Then, tie a thread and make a necklace out of the muslin cloth and place it around the child’s neck.
