Panic Attacks/Depression Remedy

1. Arjun Powder- ½ teaspoon
2. Brahmi Powder- ½ teaspoon
3. Cardamom Powder- ¼ teaspoon
4. Raw Sugar- ½ teaspoon
5. Clarified Butter (Ghee)- ½ teaspoon
Mix all the ingredients together and take 1 teaspoon three times a day
