1. Fennel seeds- 100 grams
2. Dill seeds- 25 grams
3. Black salt- 10 grams
4. Ajwain Powder (Carom Powder)- 10 grams
5. Mix all the ingredients, and take 1 teaspoon of the mixture with water after eating.
